UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. The postie pics up from us daily  at mission control. Anything over 2kgs costs us £7.10 - gulp. Everything, except the big bags of food, is posted by us.

Big bags of food mainly come directly from our manufacturer with DPD.  We offer free shipping for orders £45 and over, but if you wanted to donate a little to cover this, we would be very grateful. 

*Please note at this time we can't really afford to ship 12kg and 15kg bags of food to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Island due to high courier costs. If you live in these areas and your order includes a 12kg or 15kg bag, please message us to sort something out. It costs us £12.89 to send everywhere else in the UK (and we suck that up) but the H&I delivery charge is an  eyewatering £26 for a 15kgs bag. We understand the frustration, esp. as we are H&I too.

If you would like to order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us in advance. It should only take us a day or two day to get you a delivery quote.
