TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERING
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur where Barking Mad Dog Rescue (BMDR) cannot accept your order, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Our returns policy has been set up to make the process as easy for you as possible. Our full policy is available in our Shipping & Returns page.
EXCHANGE
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 30 days for exchange or refund. The original label must still be attached to the product.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
BMDR will not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. The customer pays for all shipping back to BMDR. We are unable to refund you postal fees. BMDR will not charge any restocking fee on receipt of your return.
NON-RETURNABLE
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used and worn products (this does not apply to faulty goods).
INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, or in the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty or please contact us. All delivery charges will be refunded back to you if we have delivered the wrong item to you.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
BMDR ships globally, so we will deliver to your country. Please see our shipping calculator at checkout for prices and delivery times.
PRIVACY NOTICE
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
